So, how to preserve and store coffee is the right way to keep it delicious for a long time. Duong Cafe would like to share some tips from simple and effective experiences.

The enemies of coffee powder are moisture, air, light and temperature. To preserve coffee you need to isolate it from the above. Here are some guidelines for you:

First: Always keep coffee in clean and airtight containers: Clean and airtight boxes will make your coffee powder odorless to the outside environment.

Use high quality aluminum packaging and zipper to qualify for longer coffee aroma.

Second: Avoid contact with hot or cold temperatures (ideal temperature 20-25oC), light, humid, foul odor.

Third: Do not freeze or keep coffee powder in the refrigerator.

– Coffee is something that can absorb a very high odor. So when you look at the refrigerator along with other foods, the coffee will smell the food, and the coffee will no longer smell its characteristic.

– The essence of coffee when roasted to produce essential oils, essential oils will make coffee has its own distinctive flavor. But when frozen this essential oil will lose and you have accidentally removed the taste of coffee.

– The temperature in the refrigerator causes condensation to affect the taste and quality of the coffee.

Note: When the coffee powder is gone, take out the grind to ensure the original flavor. So you will keep the coffee delicious, save time.
