Shipping Options

Depending on the items included in your order and the delivery address, standard shipping may be available. In the final delivery stage, your package may be handed off to a local courier, so tracking may not be available at every step.

Please provide an accurate and up-to-date physical address. We cannot deliver to military bases or areas with security restrictions.

Delivery Time & Costs

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, delivery time and cost will be shown on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email notification about your order status.

Order processing can take 1–3 days. You will be notified when the order is shipped.

Estimated delivery time for each package will be available in the shipping notification email, including a tracking number. You can also view this in your order history page.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors like flight schedules, weather, and other external conditions. For the most accurate updates, please refer to your tracking information.

If you haven't received your package, or tracking indicates it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact customer service within 30 days of your order date.
