1996 – The Journey Begins on the Red Highlands
Duong Cafe was founded in Buon Ma Thuot — the coffee capital of Vietnam — with a dream to revive the essence of Vietnamese coffee. Starting from a small manual roasting workshop, Duong Cafe laid the foundation for bringing authentic Vietnamese coffee to the world.
1999 – First Cafe Opens
The first Duong Cafe opened in Hanoi, featuring a space rich in Central Highlands culture. Customers were not only served coffee but immersed in the stories, traditions, and passion behind each rustic roast.
2003 – Launch of the Traditional Phin Coffee Line
Duong Cafe introduced a special line of phin-brewed coffee tailored for the Vietnamese palate — bold, smooth, and deeply aromatic — becoming a familiar choice in millions of households.
2007 – Entering the International Market
The first export shipment was sent to Japan, marking a milestone in global expansion. Duong Cafe gradually established the value of Vietnamese coffee on the international map.
2012 – Nationwide Expansion
From Hanoi to Da Nang to Can Tho, Duong Cafe rapidly expanded its network, becoming a beloved destination for coffee lovers. Each store blended modern design with traditional charm.
2016 – Innovation and Technology in Production
Duong Cafe invested in advanced roasting systems and international-standard quality control, while promoting sustainable farming practices in collaboration with Central Highlands farmers.
2020 – Launch of Duong Cafe Premium
With a mission to elevate Vietnamese coffee, Duong Cafe introduced its premium line — meeting international standards and satisfying the most discerning coffee enthusiasts.
2024 – Engaging the New Generation
Duong Cafe opened creative coffee spaces for the younger generation — fusing coffee with art — crafting unique experiences where each cup tells a story of culture, inspiration, and imagination.
