Ordering Guide

I. Accessing the Website

Open your web browser and visit duongcafe.com to reach Duong Cafe’s homepage.

II. Selecting Products

Browse through product categories to find items you wish to purchase. When you have selected a desired product, click on the image or product name to view detailed information.

III. Placing an Order

On the product page, select your desired quantity and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". A notification will appear confirming that the product has been added to your cart, or you'll be directed to the checkout page.

IV. Viewing Your Cart

After adding all needed products, click on the cart icon to review your selected items. Here, you can adjust quantities or remove products.

V. Proceeding to Checkout

When you've finalized your cart, select "Checkout" and you'll be redirected to the payment page. Here, fill in your personal information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and any notes for Duong Cafe (if applicable).

VI. Selecting Payment Method

Duong Cafe offers various payment methods, including bank transfer, online payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery – COD (only applicable in Vietnam). Choose an appropriate method.

VII. Confirming Your Order

After filling in all the information and selecting a payment method, you have completed the purchase process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, containing detailed information about your order.
